1) Preparing 1 mg/ml Kinetin (preparing only 100ml)

a) Weight 0.1 g Kinetin and dissolve we with of NaOH 1N.

b) The solution then transferred into a 100ml volumetric flask.

c) The volume then added until the benchmark using distilled water.
